Cricket Flats featured in Main Line Guide

Main Line Guide recently featured Cricket Flats as an example of successful transit-oriented development in its cover story, “Town Identities Thrive Amid Change.”

“Transit-oriented developments like The Elm, Ardmore’s Cricket Flats development, and others across the region, are a tangible sign of a longtime trend reversing: no longer are residents from the suburbs moving to the city and staying.

“To me, that’s a lot of change: city-like urban centers, in the suburbs, with all sorts of mixed uses. People live, work, shop there, and come from miles around to recreate,” [Bernard] Dagenais [President of Main Line Chamber of Commerce] said.
